Coordinating Board Print E-mail

The Coordinating (Governing) Board defines policy for SPSC and monitors its implementation. The Coordinating Board consists of representatives delegated by organizations and groups that work in building sector and have mutual purposes and interests in certification of construction products.

The work of this board is regulated by Statute of The Coordinating Board (in Lithuanian only).

Members of the Coordinating Board

Chairman of the board:

  • Dainius Čergelis – Head of Construction Sector’s Progress and Construction Products Policy Division of Building And Housing Department at Ministry Of Environment.
Members of the board:
  • Vytautas Čaplikas – President of Association of Construction Industry;
  • Ernestas Ivanauskas – representative of Association of Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts;
  • Gediminas Kunčinas – representative of Association of Testing Laboratories of Construction Products;
  • Feliksas Petrauskas – Director of State Consumer Rights Protection Authority;
  • Virginijus RamanauskasHead of the Building materials manufacturers of committee at Lithuanian Builders Association;
  • Karolis Ruzgys – Senior specialist of Industry department of trade and Industry policy unit at Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Appeal Commission

The Appeal Commission working at the Coordinating Board is intended for investigations of appeals regarding decisions on certification made by SPSC. The Commission consists of three members of the Coordinating Board listed above: G.Kunčinas, V.Čaplikas, K.Ruzgys. The work of the Appeal Commission is regulated by Statute of The Appeal Commission (in Lithuanian only).
