Please be informed that the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, by Resolution No 321 of 30 March 2022 "On the Consent to the Transformation of the State Enterprise Certification Center of Building Products into a Closed Joint-Stock Company and the Investment of the State's Assets", has agreed to the transformation of the State Enterprise Certification Center of Building Products into a Closed Joint-Stock Company Certification Center of Building Products.
On the restructuring of the SPSC and public administration services

Participants of the construction sector and related persons are hereby informed that the public administration functions previously performed by the Public Enterprise Certification Center of Building Products (hereinafter - SPSC) will be performed by a newly established public body, the Construction Sector Development Agency (Statybos sektoriaus vystymo agentūra, hereinafter - SSVA), from 1 May 2022.
